About

Every startup runs the same handful of processes: work out whether the idea holds, find out who the customer is, build the thing, sell it, raise money for it, and keep the books straight. Most founders run them out of their head, badly, in whatever order the day imposes. We wrote them down instead, as agents.

Founder OS is the founder-side counterpart to Fund OS: 29 agents across seven modules, covering pre-seed through Series A. Strategy decides whether there is a business at all. Market works out who actually buys. Sales and Distribution turns that into a go-to-market motion. Product and Tech Delivery designs it, builds it and measures whether it held. Capital runs the fundraising machinery. Finance and Legal keeps the numbers and the structure honest. Team and AI Agents covers the people and the company's own agent infrastructure.

Every agent carries a stage, so a pre-seed founder filters to their stage and sees fourteen agents rather than twenty-nine. That is the difference between a library and a wall.

Module 16, Agentic Dev, is published. It is the one that built everything in our app store: a blueprint, a harness for deciding when the rules run out, five role contracts, nine named workflows, four levels of guardrail, and a learning loop that promotes an incident lesson in one product up to the shared module and out to every other project. Only the builder role can write files; the reviewing agents are technically incapable of changing what they judge.

The reason it needs a rulebook at all is not that models cannot code. It is that knowing is not complying: an agent produces more code in ten minutes than a person can review in ten minutes, and wrong code looks exactly as convincing as right code.

What it does

Seven modules, one map

Strategy, Market, Sales, Product, Capital, Finance and Team. Each cell is an agent with its own tools and outputs.

Filtered to your stage

Install the whole library, surface only what pre-seed, seed or Series A actually needs.

Module 16 is public

Agentic Dev, the module that built this app store, free for founders, teams, non-profits and education.

Reviewers cannot edit

Only the builder role can write files. QA and security report; they are structurally unable to fix what they find.

Lessons travel upstream

An incident in one product becomes a rule in the shared module, and reaches every other project on the next update.

It reports what it could not verify

The most valuable line on the dashboard. A system that never reports uncertainty is not more reliable, only less honest.

Who it's for

Founders and small teams shipping a product, where the founder is both product owner and bottleneck, plus accelerators that want one operating standard across a portfolio.
