About
Your father, a captain, at sea his whole life, has been missing for weeks, somewhere between the harbours he knew like the back of his hand. He leaves you one boat in Mahón, Menorca. Yacht Empire starts there.
You charter that first hull, tap out your early earnings, and reinvest. Berths fill up, so you buy harbour capacity. Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza unlock as the story advances, chapter by chapter, and each new port brings its own demand and its own price tag.
Five screens carry the game. Hafen buys and upgrades harbours across the Balearics. Geschäfte runs the shore-side businesses. Einnahmen is where the money comes in and the balance sheet lives. Flotte manages every hull, its condition and its berth. Crew hires the people who take work off your hands, a Chief of Fleet who watches maintenance and orders repairs without being asked.
One tick is one game day, and the simulation keeps running underneath: maintenance decays, berths stay finite, and the boat that earns is never the boat you neglected.
It plays in the browser in short sessions and installs to the home screen as a PWA.
What it does
A story, not just a spreadsheet
Chapters unfold as you grow: starting with a missing father and one inherited boat.
The Balearics, port by port
Mahón, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza: each unlocks with the story and prices its berths differently.
From one hull to a fleet
Berths are finite. Grow the fleet and you have to buy or build the capacity to moor it.
Crew that works for you
Hire a Chief of Fleet and maintenance gets watched and repaired without you touching it.
One tick, one day
The economy runs underneath in game days: condition decays, income accrues, the balance sheet updates.
Installs like an app
Add it to the home screen and play in short sessions. Native iOS and Android are on the roadmap.
Who it's for
Boating enthusiasts and aspiring owners curious about how charter economics really work, tycoon and idle-sim players, and anyone in the marine industry who wants to see their day job as a game.
